Every Edge Focus order is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the product isn't for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll process a refund per the terms below.
First-time customers may request a full refund of their first shipment within 30 days of delivery. You do not need to return the cans — opened or unopened. Email us with your order number and the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For repeat orders (any shipment after the first), the policy depends on the state of the cans:
Promotional items, free gifts, and items received via giveaway, contest, or wholesale order are non-refundable. Edge Focus reserves the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse, resale, or policy circumvention.
Subscription customers may cancel, pause, or modify upcoming shipments at any time from the account dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of prior or recently-shipped orders, but the standard 30-day money-back guarantee still applies to each delivered shipment under the same first-order / subsequent-order rules above. To request a refund:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt (for unopened-can returns) or within 5–10 business days of approval (for first-order refunds with no return).
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact support@tryedgefocus.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Edge Focus will reship or refund the affected items at no cost. This policy applies regardless of order number or subscription status.
Lost-package claims must be reported to support@tryedgefocus.com within 14 daysof the carrier's last scan. Edge Focus is not liable for delivery delays or losses caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our reasonable control, but we will work with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the claim.
Refund and return requests must be submitted in writing to support@tryedgefocus.com. This policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.
