Membership Policy

Subscription agreement.

The contractual terms governing the Edge Focus subscription program. Read it before you enroll. Continued enrollment is your acceptance of these terms.

1 · Definitions

The Edge Focus “Membership” (also referred to as “Subscribe & Save”) is a recurring purchase program that authorizes Edge Focus to charge your saved payment method on a repeating cycle and ship the corresponding product to the address on file. Enrollment occurs the moment you select a subscribe option at checkout and complete payment. Continued enrollment is your ongoing acceptance of these terms.

2 · Pricing & price-lock

Membership pricing is the discounted rate displayed at checkout — currently $23.99 per 3-pack and $31.99 per 5-pack, billed in USD. Non-member rates are $29.99 and $39.99 respectively.

Member pricing is locked at the rate shown at the time you enrolled for the duration of continuous active membership. Edge Focus reserves the right to adjust list pricing at any time, with at least 30 days' notice via email; existing active members will retain their locked rate until cancellation. Members who cancel and rejoin may be subject to current pricing.

3 · Authorization to charge

By enrolling, you authorize Edge Focus and its payment processors to charge your saved payment method, automatically and without additional notice or consent on your part, for each scheduled shipment, including any applicable taxes and fees. This authorization continues until you cancel.

You are solely responsible for keeping your payment method, shipping address, and contact information current. Edge Focus is not liable for declined charges, missed shipments, or returned packages caused by outdated account information.

4 · Cadence and modifications

Default ship cadence is every 4 weeks. Members may change cadence (4 or 8 weeks), advance or delay the next ship date, swap flavors, or adjust quantities from the account dashboard.

Modification cutoff: any change must be saved before 11:59 PM ET on the day prior to a scheduled ship date in order to apply to that cycle. Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or refunded as a modification.

5 · Failed payments

If a scheduled charge fails, Edge Focus will retry the payment method once within 72 hours. After two failed attempts, the shipment is held and the membership is suspended until payment is updated. Suspended memberships do not retain their place in the price-lock if no payment is made within 30 days; reactivation may be subject to current rates.

6 · Pausing

Members may pause active enrollment from the account dashboard. While paused, no charges occur and no shipments are sent. Paused accounts retain the locked-in member price for up to 90 days. Beyond 90 days of inactivity, Edge Focus reserves the right to convert the membership to inactive status; reactivation thereafter may be subject to current pricing.

7 · Cancellation

Members may cancel at any time directly from the account dashboard without contacting customer service. Cancellation takes effect immediately for any future shipments. Cancellation does not entitle the member to a refund of any prior shipment that has already been billed and shipped.

Cancelled accounts forfeit the locked-in member price and are subject to current rates upon any future re-enrollment, except where re-enrollment occurs within 60 days of cancellation, in which case the prior locked rate may be honored at Edge Focus's discretion.

8 · Refunds & returns

First-shipment guarantee.A new member's first shipment is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. To initiate, contact support@tryedgefocus.com with your order number. Cans do not need to be returned for the first-shipment refund.

Subsequent shipments. Unopened cans may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (less any return shipping cost). Opened cans are non-returnable for hygiene and tamper-control reasons. Promotional, free, or gift items are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt or approval. Edge Focus reserves the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse, resale, or policy circumvention.

9 · Shipping & delivery

Member shipments use the standard shipping rates published at checkout. Orders of $50 USD or more (subtotal) ship free; orders under $50 are charged the standard rate. Edge Focus is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass to the member upon carrier delivery confirmation. Lost-package claims must be filed within 14 days of the carrier's last delivery scan.

10 · Eligibility & restrictions

Membership is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Edge Focus reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any membership at any time, with or without notice, that we believe — in our sole discretion — has been obtained fraudulently, is being resold, has been used in violation of these terms, or has otherwise been misused.

Membership is non-transferable. Accounts found sharing pricing or stockpiling for resale will be terminated without refund of any ongoing or recently-shipped order.

11 · Modifications to this policy

Edge Focus may amend this Membership Policy at any time. Material changes — those that affect pricing, cancellation, refunds, or billing terms — will be communicated to active members by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued enrollment after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Members who do not agree to the revised terms must cancel before the effective date.

12 · Governing law & disputes

This Membership Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy or the Membership program will be resolved in accordance with Section 13 of our Terms of Service, including the choice of forum and venue provisions therein.
